I got my 800 listing number back in August of 2005 5 months ago. The first month a got 5 listings and several buyers that I have and currently am working with.It took me approx. 2 months to get all my advertizment together signs,publications etc. which included Dressing up my Ford Explorer. Since then I have received calls from buyers and sellers thinking that my company is from out of town due to the fact of the 800#, when they find out I'm local they invite me over to look at their house which ends up listed. Because buyers also call I'm selling my own listings. I can't say enough about 1-800-LISTING but my Explorer can see for yourself.
